Howard Chen

Howard is the Recruiting Master providing consultancy and guidance on all recruiting and talent related needs for founders in the AppWorks Ecosystem. Joining us in 2023, Howard brings over 10 years of mid-to-high level headhunting and strategic recruitment experience in the tech industry, having led talent acquisition in multiple startups including honestbee, Appier, Shopline, GoFreight, and Circle. His specialty extends across both tech and non-tech functions in multiple verticals such as e-commerce, AI, and web3, allowing him to accumulate an expansive network of talents over the years that now encompasses Southeast Asia, the US, and Europe. Outside of the daily work grind, Howard is passionate about all the things related to people, and loves indulging in boxing, movies, and exploring new frontiers.

於 2023 年加入，負責新創團隊招募輔導。累積 10 餘年相關經驗，擅長中高階獵頭以及服務數位網路或軟體公司；曾任職於 honestbee、Appier、Shopline、GoFreight、Circle…等軟體科技公司，專注於協助 E-Commerce、AI、Web3 相關領域的重點技術與非技術職務招聘，以及在新加坡、泰國、越南、印尼等東南亞國家與歐美地區，由零開始從頭招募，建置當地研發、營運團隊。喜愛任何與 “「人」有關的活動，熱衷拳擊運動、電影與學習新奇的事物。
