YJ Sin
YJ is a Community Manager focusing on building founder communities in Malaysia and Southeast Asia. She joined AppWorks in 2026. Before AppWorks, YJ co-founded a growth marketing and analytics agency. Her work spanned Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, and Thailand, covering media and content strategies, data analytics, and go-to-market execution. Earlier in Taiwan, she built Crazy Girl English, an English-learning content IP with over 80,000 followers, and led an English-learning podcast from 0 to 1. YJ holds a degree in Information Management from National Chengchi University. Multilingual in English, Mandarin, Malay, and Cantonese, she enjoys moving between cultures. Outside of work, she is a proud dog mum and enjoys yoga.

YJ 於 2026 年加入 AppWorks，擔任校友社群經理，專注於發展馬來西亞與東南亞的創業者社群。加入 AppWorks 前，她曾共同創辦成長行銷與數據分析公司，擁有橫跨馬來西亞、新加坡、台灣與泰國的品牌行銷經驗，擅長媒體策略、內容企劃、數據分析與市場推進。在台灣，她曾打造英語學習內容 IP Crazy Girl English，累積超過 8 萬名追蹤者，當時亦主導英語學習 Podcast 從 0 到 1 的內容與營運建置。YJ 畢業於國立政治大學資訊管理學系，能以英文、中文、馬來文與粵語溝通，了解跨文化的眉角與默契。工作之餘，她是資深狗派，且享受瑜伽帶來的平靜與專注。
