Jerry Tsou

Jerry is an Associate in the AI Arm, working closely with founders harnessing AI to build transformative companies. Before joining AppWorks in 2026, he made bold pivots – from semiconductor engineer and software project manager to AI product manager at a startup. After earning a Master’s in Chemistry from National Taiwan University, Jerry spent four years in semiconductors. Drawn to technology and business strategy, he pursued an MBA at Cornell University and entered the world of AI and startups. Over six years in startups, he navigated rapid scaling, product pivots, and building new products from scratch, gaining a deep understanding of startup challenges. Outside work, he is a cat lover and traveler who enjoys observing how technology shapes daily life.

鄒劼叡

AI 事業單位投資經理。名字「劼」(音同「傑」) 意為謹慎，職涯卻一路大膽斜槓：從半導體工程師、軟體專案經理，到跨國新創的 AI 產品經理，並於 2026 加入 AppWorks。台大化學所畢業後，先加入以色列半導體設備商，在產業第一線累積四年經驗，也逐漸發現對科技與商業策略的熱情，於是赴康乃爾大學攻讀 MBA，從晶片生產線走進 AI 科技與新創世界。六年的新創旅程，見過融資後的高速成長榮景、產品轉型的掙扎，也經歷過破釜沉舟、從零打造新產品的挑戰，因而深刻理解新創各階段的難題。工作之外，是位稱職貓奴，也熱愛旅行，從生活去觀察科技如何改變人們的日常。
